For the second time in recent weeks, a fiber-optic line cut elsewhere in southwest Colorado is causing phone and Internet outages in Archuleta County.
According to Thad McKain, Archuleta County's director of emergency management, a fiber-optic line was cut in Delta, affecting multiple counties.
McKain reported that there is no known repair time and until the issue is fixed, service, including 911 services, will be patchy.
