At its meeting on April 6, the Pagosa Springs Town Council granted licenses for two new recreational marijuana stores, to be located uptown on Eagle Drive and downtown on Pagosa Street.
Council’s actions came after extended debate on whether the applications should be denied for failure to comply fully with requirements of the 2014 town ordinance authorizing such establishments.
