The Upper San Juan Health Service District (USJHSD) Board of Directors met on April 7 to approve a second amended and restated bond resolution for what it hopes to be the last meeting required to secure the bond agreement to fund the primary care clinic expansion.
This week’s amendment involved some changes to the marketing structure of the bond.
