“Essentials for Thriving Nonprofits,” a professional development workshop for nonprofit leaders in southwest Colorado, is taking place at the Community Rec Center in Durango from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 29.
The workshop will begin with a sponsored breakfast from the Colorado Nonprofit Association. Illene Roggensack from Third Sector Innovations in Grand Junction will deliver the keynote speech, “Donor Loyalty: The Power of Gratitude, The Gift of Appreciation.” Her presentation will discuss the process of philanthropic asking and giving as well as the resource development cycle.
