Pipeline mediation yields list of deal points, concerns about legal counsel

The sewer pipeline installed last year to pump waste from the Town of Pagosa Springs to the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) campus is one step closer to working following mediation last week that aimed to help solve issues concerning ownership and maintenance of the pipeline.

Too, the mediation process has caused the Pagosa Springs Sanitation General Improvement District (PSSGID) board, which is also the Pagosa Springs Town Council, to reconsider its legal services arrangement.
