A local resident has filed complaints with the Independent Ethics Commission (IEC) against the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) and the county attorney.
Complaints have been filed against County Attorney Todd Starr, Commissioner Michael Whiting, Commissioner Clifford Lucero and Commissioner Steve Wadley by local resident Greg Giehl.
