Bobby Joe Clark passed away Tuesday, March 8, at home. He was 79 years old.
Bobby was born March 11, 1936, to William and Maudie Clark in Rayville, La. He grew up in Rayville and all over Louisiana and Texas due to his father’s job in the oil fields. He moved to Archuleta County from Texas in the early 1980s. He lived for a brief time in Wyoming and returned to Pagosa Springs.
He is survived by three children: Janet Jones, of Pagosa Springs; Jimmy Clark, of Hanna, Wyo.; and Allen Clark, of Grapevine, Texas; former spouse Ethel Clark; two brothers; a sister; numerous grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, Rodney and Pamela Clark.
