Special to The PREVIEW

Dads, mark your calendars for 6 p.m. on Friday, March 18, for a night of fun memories with your daughters at the first annual community-wide “Bloom Where You’re Planted” father-daughter dance.

The cost is just $10 per dad and daughters are free.

Proceeds go towards supporting a great cause, “the Parker Family Mission to Haiti.” Jane and Cameron Parker and their family have been leading a charge of teaching and doing agriculture, water and livestock work at an orphanage in Haiti for the past four years. Cameron Parker has plans to return again this year.

The event will be held at 264 Village Drive in Restoration Fellowship’s main building. It will be a fun evening of dancing, snacks, desserts, free professional photos and memories for a lifetime. You and your daughter won’t want to miss it.

There is a lot to be said about the need for fathers in today’s society and their importance throughout a daughter’s life.

So, dads, mark your calendars. Plan to join us at 6 p.m. on March 18, for a night of twirling your daughters around on the dance floor and making cherished memories with her for a lifetime.

This event is open to all fathers with daughters in our community. And, remember, the cost is just $10 per dad and daughters are free.
