Did you know that the 2015 Archuleta County Relay For Life event was supported by over 50 of our local business, almost 150 individual relayers and 30-plus survivors?
That support provided 47 Archuleta residents, some newly diagnosed and some uninsured or on Medicare, with rides to their treatments, nights of lodging due to travel for treatment, cosmetic items and other services via the Cancer Research Center and the American Cancer Society helpline. These are 47 more birthdays that will be celebrated in 2016 thanks to our support.
