County to hold public hearing on cell tower

On March 8, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) will hold a special hearing to consider the application for a cell tower in the Pagosa Lakes area.

According to a public notice provided by the county, “Black & Veatch, representing Verizon Wireless, is requesting approval to rezone a parcel in the PUD zone to establish a development plan, for property owned by the Pagosa Lakes Property Owners Association known as the Lake Forest Open Space ...”
