At its regular meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 16, the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) granted a funding requested to the Pagosa Area Geothermal Water and Power Authority (PAGWAPA) in the amount of $44,500.
PAGWAPA member Don Volger presented to the BoCC, and it was made clear that the funding was contingent upon several things.
