The search for a local woman who went missing late Monday evening, Aug. 24, had a happy ending Wednesday morning when she was found safe.
The woman, Sandra “Sandi” Suzanne Bomgaars, went missing at approximately 8 p.m. on Monday and was later reported missing at approximately 3 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, according to the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office.
