Lisa Scott has received Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women’s prestigious Dorothy Weaver Morgan Award for Fraternity Loyalty.

Scott began her loyal service to the fraternity as a traveling graduate consultant, which put her on a path to serve the organization in a variety of ways, including terms as Pi Beta Phi Foundation Board of Trustees president and Fraternity Housing Corporation Board president.

In 1969, a fraternity award was established to recognize loyalty to Pi Beta Phi. It is named after Pi Phi’s Grand President from 1967 to 1969, Dorothy Weaver Morgan (University of Nebraska). The award is given to an individual, chapter or club exhibiting a high level of fraternity loyalty. It is presented at Pi Beta Phi’s biennial convention. It is an optional award; therefore, it is not presented every convention.
