A civil lawsuit against Archuleta County regarding the termination of an employee was dismissed earlier this month with prejudice, meaning each side pays its own attorney fees.
The lawsuit, which was filed Dec. 10, 2014, against Archuleta County in U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado, alleges several violations on the part of the county in terminating the employment of David Guilliams, former road and bridge superintendent.
