The Tuesday, June 23, Town Planning Commission Meeting has been canceled.
The Town of Pagosa Springs has received a "Notice of Appeal" from Walmart Real Estate Business Trust, 211 Aspen Village Drive, regarding the Town of Pagosa Springs Planning Director's determination on the exterior parking lot lighting being in violation of the Town's Land Use and Development Code regulations.
The Board of Adjustments will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 30, at 5:30 p.m. in the Town Hall located at 551 Hot Springs Boulevard to consider the facts and testimony as presented by the Town Planning Director and Walmart Real Estate Business Trust regarding the Planning Director's violation determinations.
