The first reading of Archuleta County’s proposed updated marijuana ordinance last week featured several small changes to the ordinance that was originally approved last year, as well as a larger change that, if approved on second reading, would allow a limited number of grow operations in unincorporated Archuleta County not associated with a store.
Because of the changes that took place during the May 5 first reading and the need to draft additional language for the ordinance, a date has not yet been set for the second reading. When set, that date will be announced in the Public Notices section of The SUN.
