In light of the flooding at the Archuleta County Courthouse, the movement of inmates to La Plata County and the temporary closure of the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office, following is contact and other information regarding the ACSO and inmates.
Archuleta County Sheriff Rich Valdez said Wednesday the ACSO administrative office would be closed until a temporary office location could be secured, however some functions (concealed carry permits, CDLs and VIN inspections) will still take place, albeit potentially with “a little lag time.”
