Following a review of all the objections received on the proposed Village at Wolf Creek Access Project, the original decision green-lighting the land swap was affirmed last week.
The affirmation paved the way for the reviewing officer, Rocky Mountain Deputy Regional Forester Maribeth Gustafson, to issue instructions to the Rio Grande National Forest (RGNF) on how to proceed.
