A line-up of notable water experts will speak at the Southwestern Water Conservation District’s annual water seminar at the Doubletree Hotel, 501 Camino del Rio in Durango, on Friday, April 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This year’s seminar marks the 33rd year of what has become the premier water meeting in southwest Colorado. As of March 30, 140 people have registered to attend, including members of other water districts, water users, Indian tribes, environmental advocates, recreation enthusiasts and many interested public.
