The Pagosa Springs Parks and Recreation Commission hosted a public input meeting last week to assess the need to expand the Yamaguchi Skate Park, and by 6 p.m. the south conference room of the Ross Aragon Community Center was standing room only.
The purpose of the meeting was to find out if the skating and biking community would like to see an expansion of the park and, in particular, the addition of a more advanced bowl feature.
