Reservoir Hill project postponed

Low snowpack and warm temperatures in January and February have delayed the Reservoir Hill tree-thinning project.

According to J.R. Ford, owner of Forest Health Company Inc.  — the company selected to perform the thinning, “Frozen ground and snowpack help reduce the impact of equipment to a site. We didn’t feel comfortable operating with the conditions that we had in early February. We are currently planning on conducting our work in December, if conditions allow.”
