It’s not too late to volunteer for the 2015 Pagosa Springs 9Health Fair, scheduled to be held from 7 to 11 a.m. on March 28 at Pagosa Springs High School.
Pagosa Springs has a long history with 9Health Fairs which, for over 30 years, have provided annual health screenings for the residents of Pagosa Springs.
The Pagosa Springs 9Health Fair happens one day a year and is open to participants for four hours, but it takes months of planning and organizing to make the 9Health Fair a safe and successful event.
Screenings offered at 9Health Fairs can indicate potential problems and identify serious issues such as heart disease, prostate cancer, colon cancer, diabetes, thyroid problems or anemia at an early, treatable stage, before symptoms are evident.
