Pagosa Springs Police Chief Bill Rockensock has confirmed that the body of Anthony Martinez-Montoya, 33, of Pagosa Springs, was found in the river south of the new pedestrian bridge on South 6th Street this morning.
The incident appears to be accidental and is under investigation.
