Some Archuleta County residents may have received a solicitation in the mail regarding documentation about their property, and Archuleta County Assessor Natalie Woodruff is seeking to clarify the documents.
According to Woodruff, the county has been receiving calls from citizens stating they have received a solicitation from Record Transfer Services to pay for a copy of their deed and property assessment profile.
