The relationship between the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation, the Town of Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County remained a major topic of discussion at Tuesday night’s CDC board of directors meeting, especially with town manager Greg Schulte and county commissioner Michael Whiting sitting in the audience.
“I see in your notes here that you’ve adopted a budget,” Schulte said during the public comment section of the meeting. “What was the assumption for funding from the town and county in your adopted budget?”
