At the Tuesday evening Archuleta School District (ASD) Board of Education meeting, Linda Reed, ASD superintendent, led a presentation on strategic framework (SF). The effort is an ongoing approach to meeting the ever-changing needs of Pagosa’s students.
The aim of SF is to evaluate both student and teacher effectiveness, and tailor and strengthen areas that need improvement while maximizing resources.
