A changing of the guard took place when 6th Judicial District Court Judge Gregory Lyman swore in Sam Cassidy as Archuleta County’s new county court judge Tuesday morning.That changing of the guard, as Lymon dubbed it, was from Judge Jim Denvir, who held the position for nearly 20 years, to Cassidy.
