Joyce married William Theodore Otto Arlt of Federicksburg, Texas, on Nov. 5, 1955.
Survivors include son Danny Arlt, of Texas, daughter Donna Schuchardt and spouse Brian, of Bayfield, and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at Pagosa Springs Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness on Saturday, Jan. 10, at 2 p.m.
