County reviews marijuana ordinance, changes anticipated

Nearly six months after it was originally passed, Archuleta County’s marijuana steering committee is reviewing the county’s marijuana ordinance, which regulates recreational and medicinal marijuana retail sales in Archuleta County.

After meeting solely as the steering committee previously, the steering committee then held a public meeting on Dec. 29, 2014, to discuss any possible changes to the ordinance.
