The new year is upon us, and in the tradition of a fresh start with the fresh year, we asked readers to share their ideas for the changes they wanted to see in Pagosa Springs during 2015.
Kathleen Wells Steventon shared, “I would love to see a building mural project started so that every year one or two downtown and uptown buildings have an artist paint a mural on one side. Imagine the town in 20 years from now? It would be gorgeous.”
