U.S. Rep. Scott Tipton, candidate for re-election in Congressional District 3; J. Paul Brown, candidate for Colorado House District 59; and Archuleta County commissioner candidate for District 3 Ray Lattin will be the featured speakers at the Oct. 14 Archuleta County Republican Women (ACRW) meeting.
