Construction work on the pipeline that will pump sewage from the Pagosa Springs Sanitation and General Improvement Districts’ (PSSGID) lagoon facility south of Yamaguchi Park to the Vista Wastewater Treatment Plant on the west end of town has begun to wind down as workers prepare for the approach of colder weather.
