Republican Rep. Scott Tipton held a town hall meeting in the Ross Aragon Community Center in Pagosa Springs last Thursday, and while he began by focusing on the bills he sponsored during the last congressional session, he said the main purpose of the meeting was to hear the concerns of his constituents.
