Special to The PREVIEW

First Place 4 Health is a fresh approach to a healthy lifestyle. The First Place 4 Health program has delivered health and weight management instruction and support to small groups meeting in more than 12,000 churches since 1981.

First Place 4 Health offers a 12-week session with emphasis on a balanced lifestyle in all four areas of life — mental, physical, emotional and spiritual. This program points members to God’s strength and creates a compassionate support group that helps members stay accountable in a positive environment.

The fall session will begin in early September. Mandatory orientation provides the opportunity to check it out and see if this is something that you want to participate in.

Orientation is scheduled for Sunday, Aug. 10, at 2 p.m. or Monday, Aug. 11, at 5:30 p.m. at Pagosa Bible Church, 209 Harman Park Drive. For more information, contact Marie Rascoe at 946-9379 or 731-3185.
