During both last Thursday’s work session and meeting (June 26) of the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) Board, directors spent over four hours addressing charged issues, listening to concerns and re-evaluating current practices.
Chairman Mike Church was unable to attend the meeting due to a medical emergency. Director Burt Adams was also absent, as he had planned to be out of town before the board decided to change its regular meeting time from the second Tuesday to the third Thursday of each month.
