The distribution of sales tax from the Colorado Department of Revenue to Archuleta County and the Town of Pagosa Springs will soon be amended, with an intergovernmental agreement (IGA) currently in the works between the two entities.
The IGA, which has already been approved by the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners, will amend the process of receiving sales tax monies from the Colorado Department of Revenue (DOR). The IGA is on the agenda for today’s noon town council meeting.
