Crowd protests school health center

The Archuleta School District Board of Education voted unanimously Tuesday night to reject a resolution concerning the School-Based Health Center proposal.

All 50 chairs set up for the audience in the middle school library were full and several more people were standing in the back of the room when board president Greg Schick began the meeting by reiterating the public comment policy — each person would be allowed only three minutes and there would be a total time limit of 30 minutes. He also asked that people treat each other with respect.
