Pagosa Springs Photography Club members will talk about general upkeep of cameras and camera equipment and answer questions about maintaining your camera and lenses at their regularly monthly meeting on June 11.

The Pagosa Springs Photography Club will hold its regular monthly meeting Wednesday evening, June 11, in the Pinon Room of The Quality Resort. Join us for socializing at 6 p.m. (drinks and appetizers are available for purchase), followed by the program and short business meeting at 6:30 p.m.

The June photo club meeting will be presented by club member Terry Grandfield. Grandfield will talk about general upkeep of cameras and camera equipment and answer questions about maintaining your camera and lenses. Grandfield began his career in photography with the U.S. Navy, including aerial photography and coverage of all types of military events. He has been in the photographic repair industry since 1978.

Members are also encouraged to bring 10-15 photographs of classic cars from the car show or elsewhere on a flash drive or CD for review and discussion following the program, as time permits.

Photography enthusiasts at all levels of ability are invited to attend club meetings at no charge for the first meeting. If interested, you are invited to join for annual dues of $25 for individuals, $35 for a family membership and $10 for a student membership.

The Photography Club will continue to meet the second Wednesday of each month year-round at 6 p.m. in the Pinon Room of The Quality Resort.
