Archuleta County has a new finance director — with a familiar face.
Larry Walton, who for years has served as the county’s contracts and procurement officer, accepted the position effective Monday, May 12.
The move was announced by Archuleta County Administrator Bentley Henderson during a work session with the Board of County Commissioners Tuesday morning.
