An Aspen Springs property owner has been given 90 days to clean up her property before Archuleta County takes additional action against her.
According to Archuleta County officials, Jaddis Martin’s Aspen Springs property, located on Ute Drive, was deemed to be in violation of the nuisance ordinance in 2009.
