With the recent resignation of one of its board members, the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation continues to struggle with its inability to unite the community or make any progress towards its economic development goals.
In a Letter to the Editor in this week’s SUN, Udgar Parsons announced that he is stepping down from his position with the CDC and stated, “My intent was and is to help Pagosa Springs grow organically in a manner beneficial for all. As I have engaged in community initiatives recently, the thing that stands out the most is that we all love Pagosa Springs and want the best for it. Obviously we all have different ideas of what that is.
