The American Cancer Society’s annual Relay for Life of Archuleta County is scheduled for Friday, June 20. The event, which raises monies and awareness for cancer research and victims, will he held at Golden Peaks Stadium at Pagosa Springs High School and begins at 6 p.m.
This community event takes up the fight for the cure for cancer, with more than 90 percent of the funds collected going directly to research.
Teams are still being formed and chairpersons are still needed to round out the volunteer committees. The community has always supported Relay for Life vigorously, and we need your help again this year.
