A benefit dance will be held for eighth-grade student Dorian Garcia. Dorian is one of the students trying to raise money to attend the eighth grade educational class trip to Washington, D.C.
A benefit dance will be held on April 5 at the Vista Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave., from 8 p.m.-12:30 a.m., featuring music from Pagosa’s own Variety Express.
A silent auction and drawing will take place during the night, which will include a 12-gauge shotgun and much more. Food and drink will be available throughout the night. Admittance is $10 per person over 12 and free to age 12 and under.
