Director of the San Juan Water Conservancy District (SJWCD) Board Rod Proffitt announced that it was “a busy month” for the Dry Gulch Project at the district’s Feb. 17 meeting.
Proffitt informed the board about his recent meeting with Colorado water officials during the Colorado Water Congress annual convention held in Denver Jan. 29-31.
