The Quinn family heads down Reservoir Hill in their “Bob” sled Saturday afternoon during WinterFest’s Anything Goes Downhill Sled Race. Despite a lack of snow, the event went on as usual, with the Quinns taking the prize for best costumes, dressed as Bob Ross, Bob Marley and SpongeBob.
