The Archuleta County Retail Marijuana Steering Committee met Jan. 21 with representatives of several area agencies to further discuss what issues and concerns need to be addressed in drafting regulations for the potential sale of recreational marijuana in Archuleta County.
While not yet approved by the Board of County Commissioners, Archuleta County staff is in the process of gathering data and drafting regulations for anticipated adoption in late spring or early summer.
