Republican Tom Tancredo, who served as the U.S. Representative for Colorado’s sixth district from 1999 to 2009, stopped by The Pagosa Springs SUN office during his recent tour of the southwest corner of the state to announce his run for governor in 2014 and to discuss some of the issues he feels strongly about.
“We are trying to convince people that I should be the governor of Colorado and not the incumbent,” Tancredo began, introducing two members of his staff who were along for the tour.
