Peyton Frank is a 6-year-old type 1 brittle diabetic. We are raising funds to get Peyton a diabetic alert dog. The diabetic alert dog is able to smell changes in Peyton’s blood sugar over 30 minutes before anyone is able to test it on a strip. The dog will change Peyton’s life for the better.
Kari Eden is a local Zumba instructor and has agreed to hold an event to raise money for purchase of the dog. Please join us at the Pagosa Lakes Clubhouse on Port Avenue from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Also, join us at 7 p.m. on Dec. 6 for the Festival of Trees at the Ross Aragon Community Center. We will have a tree set up for Peyton. Come and bid to help our Peyton achieve his goal and receive his dog.
