Former State Rep. J. Paul Brown and his wife, Debbie, will be in every county seat of the 59th House District with a formal election bid announcement on Saturday, Nov. 9.
Elected by the people of the 59th House District in 2010, J. Paul, a rancher and businessman from Ignacio, served in the Colorado House of Representatives in 2011 and 2012. He intends to bring similar caring and sensible representation to the legislature again.
The tour will begin in Durango, then travel to Pagosa Springs, Nello’s Restaurant, 9:30 a.m., followed by a visit in Lake City at the Coursey Annex at noon. The tour will continue to Gunnison, where J. Paul and Debbie will meet with constituents at the Fred Field Heritage Center, followed by a meeting at the Ouray Christian Fellowship. The tour will culminate in Silverton. All are encouraged to attend.
Putting in a long day and covering a lot of miles lets constituents know that J. Paul will dedicate similar effort to representing each of them in the state legislature.
