Pagosa Springs’ town manager David Mitchem now has the authority to order that “No Parking” signs be placed along the town’s designated snow routes after town council passed the second reading of Ordinance 797 at its last meeting.
This comes after a subcommittee consisting of town planner James Dickhoff, police chief William Rockensock, and councilors David Schanzenbaker and Tracy Bunning met on Sept. 26 to discuss the specifics of the new policy concerning snow routes and parking enforcement.
